Proof of life.
Real changes, dated, honestly described. No marketing speak. No launches — just sentences.

Honest-resolution guards.
Added contract checks so the system can’t silently fall back to a worse channel. If you ask for a LinkedIn post and that channel isn’t connected, you’ll see it in the gate output instead of a broken post slipping through. Boring. Important.

Rings export — PDF format.
A ring already exports as JSON and Markdown; the PDF format we always intended now exists. Two columns, paper-grade typography, prints well on letter and A4. Useful for handing your year to a partner who isn’t in the operator console.

Strategy gate — jurisdiction response.
Until now, gate responses were either commit or revise. Strategies sometimes need a third option: this is your call, system, step back. We added jurisdiction as a first-class response across all gates and updated the rationale-record format accordingly.

Roots — constraint typing.
Constraints used to be free-form notes. They are now typed: regulatory, brand-voice, channel, audience, calendar. The system reads typed constraints into the planner instead of approximating them from prose. Older Roots are migrated forward; nothing gets dropped.

First Cone shipped — internal pilot.
Internal dry run — not a paying customer. We exercised the engine end-to-end against our own marketing, including the cone-drop step on real email transport (Postmark): the propose → commit / revise pipeline, a handful of tactics, and honest-resolution catching two capability gaps before send. We didn’t ship around them. We’re calling this internal testing, not a customer success — the difference matters, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
